In October 2021, Nizhny Novgorod enterprise “ANGARSTROY” produced a series of pneumohangars for the Japanese engineering company “Toyo Engineering Corporation” for the needs of construction of Irkutsk polymer plant.
These unique pneumatic constructions are intended for covering the sites for the production of tanks for pyrolysis of gas hydrocarbons.
The structures are assembled in sections and moved into position using a 200 ton Liebherr tracked crane.
Each pneumohangar, consisting of two halves, covers an area of 700 square metres.
In the finished premises, lighting, ventilation and heating equipment are installed for comfortable pressurisation and painting of the metal tanks.
