Garages for machinery

Mobile and pre-fabricated garages make it possible to reliably store and repair vehicles in conditions comfortable for maintenance. Moreover, pneumatic hangars are built quickly, without additional approvals and property taxes, thereby reducing the cost of maintaining machinery.

Design Solution

  • Pneumatic hangar is an inflatable structure made of reinforced PVC materials, consisting of forming pneumatic cylinders, end walls with doorways of pneumatic gates, connected in a single structure and covered with a prefabricated shell.
  • Each pneumatic cylinder is a half-torus design, which is automatically filled with air using an intelligent booster system. The end walls are equipped with door blocks, pneumatic gates, openings for supply and exhaust ventilation and heat-insulated channels for the chimney.
  • For staff and visitors, aluminum doors with closers on a metal frame are provided. Cargo gates open with an electric hoist, providing pass-through for machinery and equipment.
  • The pre-fabricated protective shell covers the pneumatic cylinders, providing increased wind and snow resistance, and also improves the heat-saving specifications of the structure.

Inflatable garages are modern pneumoframe structures made of reinforced PVC materials. To obtain the desired shape, the structure is filled with air using fans that maintain a constant pressure inside the cylinders. The construction is complemented by special equipment that maintains a microclimate that is comfortable for cars and other vehicles, as well as for owners, drivers and operators. The possibilities of the material allow the use of such garages in any climatic conditions.

Construction

The main element of inflatable hangar-garages is PVC material, which protects vehicles from the effects of climatic factors. It acquires the desired shape only thanks to special pneumatic cylinders, into which air is pumped. They are absolutely tight, so it is enough to carry out the procedure only once, and then pump them up as needed.

The elements under consideration are interconnected by fasteners into a single structure, from above it is covered with a prefabricated shell. The entire system is controlled by sensors in automatic mode, which indicate to the blowers about the need to pump the structure in a certain area.

In such garages, all technological openings that are relevant for capital analogues are provided, for example, end walls with doorways where pneumatic gates are mounted, as well as windows and points for the exit of the chimney.

A special protective shell not only protects the air springs from external influences, but also protects the entire structure from UV rays, snow and wind. It also has a positive effect on the preservation of heat inside the garage.

Features

Why the hangar-garage has recently been in high demand:

  1. Cost. The price of the construction is much lower when compared with capital analogues, the installation of which requires a full-fledged foundation and very high expenses for the arrangement of walls and ceilings. You will have to spend no less on maintaining the indoor climate.
  2. Comfortable working conditions. The staff stays in a ventilated space in the summer and uses heaters in the winter. Lighting – natural, uniform, but combined with artificial sources for working in the dark. All this has a positive effect on the productivity of employees.
  3. The quality of maintenance is improving. This is relevant for working in places where there is no full-fledged service station nearby, and the equipment performs complex tasks, which is why it constantly breaks down. It is important to fix breakdowns so that the transport can continue to perform tasks and not soon end up in the repair shop.
  4. Zero runs and downtime are reduced. This is the same situation when special equipment and vehicles are sent to remote bases and service stations for periodic maintenance and repair. The pledged resource is spent on pointless moving, because similar tasks can be solved on the spot if you use inflatable garages.
  5. Increases the speed of mobilization. This is true for both rescue workers and military, medical teams or ordinary workers developing the field. In just a few days, you can deploy a full-fledged hangar for storing vehicles in any climatic conditions, and install lifting mechanisms and other equipment for repair and maintenance inside.
  6. The height is sufficient to accommodate large vehicles. The development of modules on an individual project allows you to take into account all the needs of the customer. Such a structure also does not force you to be limited by the available space, since it can be expanded in total by adding several new models. Their weight is small enough that shipping won’t be too difficult.
  7. Best suited for hard-to-reach areas. In some places, it is simply impossible to deploy the construction of a full-fledged garage due to the lack of materials and equipment. Sometimes this is also prohibited by environmental laws, which is relevant, for example, for seismically active areas. Therefore, it remains to use only analogues mounted without a foundation.

This is not a complete list of the advantages of such hangars, but these reasons are enough to make a decision to install a structure and store cars and special equipment in it.

Construction

For hangar-garages, prices depend on the configuration of the structure. There are also elements that cannot be excluded from the design. Among them:

  1. Shell. The main element, on the quality of which all the characteristics of the future building depend. It must withstand climatic influences well, and also be safe for humans and equipment, including in terms of flammability and the environment.
  2. Air control and supply systems. It is important to constantly check the inflated cylinders, since over time the pressure inside drops, which will gradually lead to the collapse of the structure. Therefore, it is necessary that the sensors always monitor the state of the structure and automatically turn on the blowers when necessary.

Specifications

Comfortable working conditions for staff

Thanks to heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as uniform and bright lighting, our hangars provide comfortable, if not to say luxurious, working conditions for staff. Creating the most favorable conditions for employees affects the quality and speed of work processes.

Improved quality of maintenance

Due to the ever-increasing demand for saving resources and the high cost of equipment, the majority of mining companies takes the control of indoor air cleanliness very seriously in order to reduce the amount of foreign materials introduced into the equipment.

Suitable for hosting equipment of any size

Thanks to the universal modular structure, our hangars are able to host the largest models of dump trucks, excavators and other types of equipment. Pneumatic structures can have a traditional layout with one entrance gate.

Reduced downtime and idle runs

There’s no more need to move your excavators, dump trucks and drilling rigs to remote repair facilities for maintenance and repairs. Instead, put your repair shop where the work is done. Thus, you will reduce downtime, idle runs, deferred repairs and maintenance, thereby increasing the life of your equipment.

Increased mobilization speed

Your hangar can be dismantled and installed in a new place just in a few days, which makes it possible to use the workshop to carry out maintenance at all your facilities where necessary. The compact packaging and low weight of the product reduce transportation costs, when installing the hangar.

Indispensable when working in hard-to-reach areas

Our mobile hangars work in locations where no other alternatives exist. Thanks to the compact packaging and low weight of the structure, our customers can deliver structures to the most remote and inaccessible places. Pneumatic hangars can be installed in seismically active areas.

How we work

Our experts have been continuously working to improve our solutions. Employees of the company are always ready to provide you with information support and to assist in the installation, repair and operation of pneumatic hangars.

Design

Each hangar is designed in close cooperation with the customer and our experts: designers, engineers and analysts, who already have over a hundred projects in their portfolio.

Production

Hangars are manufactured on a production site of more than 5,000 square meters, equipped with state-of-the-art high-speed welding plants, digital milling cutters and plotters.

Packing and Delivery

Packaging options depend on the means of delivery requested by the customer. For sea, rail and freight, we use 20- and 40-foot containers.

Traning

The company’s experts visit the installation site to assist in the deployment of the hangar, share theoretical knowledge and conduct practical exercises.

Installation

Installation of an inflatable hangar does not require foundation or earthwork. It is enough to have a more or less flat terrain. A team of 12 workers can deploy a hangar in 2 or 3 days.

 After-sales service

You will be able to start using the hangar the very second after the installation. The hangar withstands strong gusts of wind, heat, cold and heavy snowfall.
